Fuso New Zealand has been nominated for ‘Best Customer Services Award’ and ‘Best Fleet Sales Growth’ at the 2018 Daimler Trucks Asia International Sales and Customer Services Conference.
Fuso NZ managing director Kurtis Andrews says the nominations bear testament to the hard work and commitment of everyone involved across the network since the brand relaunched in late 2016.
“FUSO has a long and proud reputation in New Zealand established over several decades. We formed Fuso NZ with the intention of rebuilding that reputation and putting FUSO back at the top of the market.
“I believe our unprecedented success in the first full year of business reflects that underlying loyalty towards the brand and the die-hard passion and commitment of dealers across the country.
“It’s a passion we share at Fuso NZ and, while our work has just begun, we are honoured to receive these nominations from DTA.”
With an ethos of ‘Delivering Better’, Fuso NZ did just that by smashing the previous New Zealand record for FUSO truck and bus sales by more than 20%, registering 1,017 units for a 17.6% market share in its first calendar year of trading.
In 2018, Fuso NZ has launched the all-new 11-strong Enduro workhorse range, increased parts stockholding to more than 9,000 line items with an off-the-shelf parts order fill rate of more than 96%, and introduced a class-leading new parts warranty for mid-to-heavyweight truck customers.
The annual DTA conference will be held in Bangkok, Thailand, 11-13 September 2018.
